About the roleWe are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own our core web presence platform and user experience.
This role drives the systems that power our business: platform infrastructure, payments, APIs, provisioning, internal tools, and especially the interfaces where users actually experience that power.
Your job is to make a complex platformTechnical: Rock-solid under the hood CX: Effortless on the surface Commercially smart throughout Key responsibilitiesOwn the core platform: billing, payments, subscriptions, provisioning, APIs, internal tools Own the experience layer: reseller panel, end-customer panel, and integrations like WHMCS Build AI-led experiences that guide users, automate tasks, and surface the right upsell at the right moment Make complex workflows (domains, DNS, email, SSL, and more) feel simple, fast, and hard to break Improve conversion and monetization across checkout, renewals, and add-ons Reduce support pain by fixing root causes, not writing better help articles Partner with engineering, design, commercial, and support What we are looking forThe ideal PM for this role: Has at least 5-6 years of experience managing complex SaaS solutions Thinks in systems, not screens, and in outcomes, not features Has a very strong AI-first mindset and approach Has built or owned platforms, not just products Is technically fluent enough to discuss APIs, edge cases, and failure modes Has deep functional understanding of UX principles, and demonstrable experience in building great UX for SaaS products/platforms Is commercially sharp.
understands how billing logic, packaging, and UX drive revenue Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and making hard trade-offs (because there will be many) Has experience with hosting/domains, reseller ecosystems, or tools like WHMCS If you enjoy turning messy, critical systems into something elegant, scalable, and quietly powerful, we should talk.
