Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Óbidos for a 1st Cook at Verdelago Resort.
The 1st Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and assisting in menu planning and development.
Qualifications
Experience in meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity in menu planning and development
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in culinary arts or hospitality industry
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
