Managing end-to-end projects for major private and public sector accounts, you will mentor a dedicated team of consultants within a company ranked 3rd in the **** Great Place to Work® France (1,*****,500 employees).
Your Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a strategic conductor for your scope, you will oversee:- Project Leadership & Delivery: Steer end-to-end programs including HRIS consulting, feasibility studies, software selection (AMOA), deployment, and change management.
- Team Leadership: Provide close-knit management, coaching, and career development for your consultants.
- Strategic Growth: Drive the development of our HR & HRIS service offerings.
- Internal Innovation: Be a proactive force in developing our internal expertise and leading transformation projects.
- Business Development: Contribute to the commercial expansion of our offerings and client portfolio.Your Profile:You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large corporation, a consulting firm, or an IT services company within the Human Resources sector.
You are fluent in French and Proficiency in English is a significant asset.Throughout your career, you have developed solid skills enabling you to lead large-scale projects and manage teams.Passionate about Human Resources, digital transformation, and technological innovation, you wish to join a dynamic and dedicated team to work on high-value-added projects.Possessing a strong sense of service, you are autonomous with the soul of a leader.
