Role Overview
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Automotive Digital Services team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality support to customers and partners for connected car and digital automotive services, ensuring excellent user experience and timely resolution of inquiries.
Work Schedule
* Monday to Sunday 24/7 (rotational shifts, including nights and weekends)
* Days off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer support in German and English through phone, email, and chat.
* Assist users with issues related to connected vehicles, digital services, and account management.
* Troubleshoot technical or connectivity problems following established procedures.
* Document customer interactions accurately in the internal systems.
* Maintain service quality and follow up on complex cases when needed.
Requirements
* Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 schedule).
* Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work environment.
* Candidates must be based in mainland Portugal, but relocation support is offered for those moving from abroad.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary: competitive
* Bonus: 80€/month
* Meal allowance: 7.23/day
* Transport allowance: 20€/month
* Health insurance: from day 1
* Position bonus (Braga): 20€ per 12 months
* Relocation assistance available for German and Nordic candidates relocating from abroad
* Full training provided prior to start date
