Responsibilities
* Become a Global Process Owner for defined IAS 19 and IFRS 2 areas.
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to HR accounting and/or others.
* Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
* Take full responsibility for HR Accounting areas and improve processes and our internal control system, including drafting/revision of accounting manuals.
* Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities or other group accounting related tasks.
* Support and actively participate in accounting related projects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics (or equivalent)
* Very good understanding of general accounting principles
* IAS 19 and IFRS 2 knowledge and experience
* Professional certification in accounting or finance preferred (ACCA, CPA, CFA)
* Hands‑on mentality
* Positive mindset
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
* Process‑driven
* Technical experience with accounting software
* Personal responsibility, ability to work independently and against timelines, and enjoying changes and innovations
