HR Business Partner – Portugal Get ready to Own People & Performance as a HR Business Partner at Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company. What you'll do Translate business strategy into HR strategy and priorities. Drive performance and people development across teams. Lead organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. Collaborate closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams. Contribute to global HR strategy discussions. Take ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives. Champion the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization. Who we're looking for Experience in generalist HR roles within multinational environments. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (Master's in HR or MBA is a plus). At least 4–5 years of HR generalist experience in Portugal. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization.
