Agile Delivery Leader
The position of Agile Delivery Leader involves overseeing the delivery of IT-focused projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met.
This role requires a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks as well as experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
* Lead agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to drive project success.
* Develop and implement effective delivery strategies to meet project goals and stakeholder expectations.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Monitor progress using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide clear and regular status updates and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an Agile Delivery Lead role within IT projects.
* Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
* Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Hands-on experience with agile project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
* Fluent in English (written and verbal).
* Eligible to work remotely from Portugal.
