Automated Systems Technician

You will be trained to master and install advanced equipment used at industrial clients across Europe.
Your Mission:
* Install, test and commission automated production lines, including single machines and complex systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on electrical, mechanical and automated machinery within high-speed production lines.
* Conduct precise diagnostics, share feedback with internal teams and propose corrective actions.
* Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates.
* Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Train client operators and maintenance technicians for efficient equipment handling.
* Identify after-sales opportunities during site visits.
* Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Sidel's safety rules and regulations.
Required Skills:
* A degree in automation or a related field.
* Technical knowledge of mechanical drawings.
* Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and improve technical skills.
* Field experience is preferred, but not required.
* Fluent English language skills are essential for effective communication within multicultural teams.
* Ability to travel extensively (over 80% of the time) and adapt to various international environments.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude.
