Job Title: HSE Administrative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment protocols on a major industrial project in Sines. As an HSE Administrative professional, you will play a crucial role in coordinating data, reporting, and general administrative tasks to ensure the effective execution of HSE standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect HSE data from subcontractors and input it into corporate/project systems
* Coordinate and prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports, including presentations, graphs, and pivot tables based on HSE data
* Organize and maintain HSE department filing systems and inventory of office supplies, PPE, and stationery
* Support planning and logistics for audits, workshops, and meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
* Perform general office and administrative duties for the HSE department
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in an administrative, document control, or HSE support role
* Experience in construction, oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects
* Familiarity with site-based roles and safety documentation is desirable
* Basic knowledge of HSE principles or ISO 45001 standards preferred
* Language skills in English
