You will be in the driver's seat of our HR transformation, having a crucial role in the automatization and digitalization of HR processes, and improving the employee experience.Your Responsibilities:Support the global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-2-end processes; Work closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) and assist in daily and operational tasks; Support improving the employee experience, being part of the improvements, testing, and deployment of projects within the HR platform; Consult the customer, being in contact with different stakeholders and HR partners worldwide; Work together with the knowledge management team to improve our knowledge management articles; Assist in preparing clear communication and organizing communication materials towards HR and stakeholders for meetings and project deployments.Your Profile:A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field; An affinity forTechnology and technical implementations; Experience withHR processes, project management, or digital transformation would be a great advantage; An excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
