Software Engineering area: development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications.
Key responsibilities:
 1. Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
 2. Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
 3. Exercise original thought, judgment, and supervise technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
 4. Build skills and expertise to meet standard software engineer skill expectations for the applicable role.
 5. Collaborate and act as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Your Role
 * Implementation of a “modern” automated testing factory
 * Develop and execute automation strategy
 * Design and maintain automation architecture
 * Select and integrate appropriate tooling
 * Establish and promote best practices
 * Manage workflow and track progress
 * Apply automation to eligible projects
 * migrate and make heritage elements compatible with the new strategy
 * client creation and managementanalyze and synthesize heritage by relevant functional domains
 * manage debt recovery and ensure coexistence with the new factory
Your Profile
 * Proven experience in automation engineering (minimum 7 years)
 * Robot Framework
 * Python
 * Strong understanding of automation tools and best practices
 * Excellent problem‑solving skills
 * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills
 * English B2; French is a plus
