We are strengthening our team with a Web Designer, specialized in UX and UI, to collaborate on a short‑term project. We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional with a strong ability to transform functional requirements into intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop UX and UI designs based on the requirements defined by the Product Owner.
* Create components and interfaces for different websites.
* Produce design prototypes (UX and UI) using Figma and Adobe XD.
* Collaborate in an Agile team, contributing to several projects simultaneously.
Habilitações
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Design / UX/UI Design roles.
* Solid experience in Usability, UX Design, and UI Design.
* Previous experience working on multiple projects in parallel (valued).
* Knowledge in creating and maintaining Design Systems and components.
* Strong skills in digital accessibility (AA and AAA levels).
* Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
* Mandatory portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work.
* High level of autonomy and responsibility.
* Strong attention to detail and a user‑centric mindset.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Adaptability to work in an Agile environment.

* Work model: Hybrid (up to 3 times per week at the office).
