PLG ManagerWe are looking for a data-driven, scrappy, and collaborative PLG Manager to build our growth engine from the ground up. You'll be architecting how users discover, adopt, and eventually pay for our product, and will be the glue between Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure a frictionless "self‐serve" motion. ResponsibilitiesDefine and build the PLG framework, including tracking of North Star metrics, identifying "Aha!" moments, and establishing a rigorous experimentation culture. Work closely with the Product team to optimize the onboarding flow, reduce Time‐to‐Value (TTV), and build in‐app triggers that drive virality and expansion. Partner with Marketing to build automated, behavior‐based messaging (email, push, in‐app) that nudges users toward key activation milestones. Collaborate with RevOps to ensure our tech stack (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel, HubSpot/Salesforce) captures the right data to trigger sales‐assist motions (PQLs) when a self‐serve user is ready to upgrade. Run continuous A/B tests on pricing pages, sign‐up flows, and gated content to maximize conversion rates. Qualifications4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Growth Operations—ideally within a SaaS environment. Analytical rigor: comfortable with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) and able to tell a story with numbers. Technical fluency: understand how APIs, webhooks, and tracking pixels work, and speak the language of Product and Engineering. Growth mindset: comfortable failing fast and preferring multiple small tests over a single large one. Cross‐functional leadership: able to influence teams not reporting to you to get growth experiments on the roadmap.
