Lead Generation Cold Calling Specialist – EU Market (Multilingual)

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Cold Calling Specialist to support business development efforts across the European market.
This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, maintaining high-quality CRM data, supporting outreach campaigns, and assisting with customer and market research initiatives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a multilingual environment and engaging prospects across different EU regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers across EU markets
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through online research, databases, and CRM tools
Conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms to introduce company solutions
Schedule meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM
2. EU Market Outreach
Engage prospects in their local language where applicable
Support regional campaigns and territory-specific prospecting initiatives
Adapt messaging based on country, industry, and cultural considerations
3. Survey Administration & Market Feedback
Conduct customer and prospect surveys to gather product and market insights
Ensure accurate data capture and completion
Summarize findings to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
4. Data Management & Cleanup
Clean, organize, and maintain CRM and Excel data
Verify contact details and company information
Remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies
Ensure database segmentation aligns with EU territories
5. Special Projects
Support leadership and sales teams with research and reporting
Assist with list building, campaign prep, and territory mapping
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines
6. Customer Support Assistance
Respond to basic customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Provide product information, order updates, and general assistance
Escalate technical or service issues to the appropriate teams
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or customer service
Experience prospecting within European markets preferred
Strong research, organizational, and data management skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel
Experience using ZoomInfo or similar lead generation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
C1 English level or higher required
Language Requirements (Required)

(Multilingual fluency across multiple regions is strongly preferred.)
