Key Responsibilities: * Provide assistance via chat, email, and phone to small and medium-sized businesses. * Offer technical guidance, bug reporting, and platform expertise to resolve issues efficiently. * Improve user satisfaction by identifying trends and proposing solutions to common challenges. Requirements: * Fluency in Hebrew (C2 level) and English (B2+). * EU passport, residence permit, or protection status for work authorization in Portugal. * Experience or interest in the advertising industry is advantageous. * Tech-savvy individual with Microsoft Office proficiency. * Strong communication skills and a calm, resourceful personality. * Flexible and open to rotating shifts.
