BCA Europe is looking seeking to appoint a newRobotic Process Automation (RPA)Business Analystto join a well-established, Constellation Automotive Group (CAG) RPA Centre of Excellence (CoE) target-driven team.
The RPA CoE delivers automation solutions across CAG, supporting the Group's vision for digital transformation and operational excellence.
This is an exciting new opportunity for a detailed-oriented individual to support on scaling and accelerating RPA for BCA Europe.
This key role will support to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and ensure successful delivery of RPA solutions.
The role is a Hybrid role with occasional travel across Europe.
The RPA CoE offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, with opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
Purpose of Role
Supported by the CAG RPA CoE, you will act as the bridge between Business Stakeholders across BCA Europe and the RPA Development Team, ensuring that automation solutions meet Business needs and deliver measurable value.
The role involves process analysis, documentation and supporting the full RPA Lifecycle from opportunity identification to deployment.
Key Accountabilities
Work with Senior Stakeholders across BCA Europe to identify and assess automation opportunities
Conduct process analysis to determine feasibility and ROI for automation
Collaborate with stakeholders and the RPA CoE to define RPA value proposition and prioritisation
Use task management software such as 'Monday.Com' to keep track of tasks and timelines when working through the RPA Lifecycle
Lead creation of Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Business Design Documents (BDD)
Standardise documentation and procedures to ensure consistent quality
Facilitate workshops with SMEs to validate process understanding and requirements
Identify and log any exceptions that may pose a risk to the feasibility of an RPA solution
Contribute to the exploration of additional Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) Tools / features that may complement an RPA Workflow
Work with RPA CoE to help design the most suitable solution
Work Closely with RPA Developers to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions
Provide Clarification and support during Development stages
Ensure Compliance with governance and Best Practices during the Build Phase
Coordinate and support BAT activities with business stakeholders
Validate that delivered automations meet agreed requirements and deliver expected outcomes
Monitor performance of deployed automations and gather feedback from the business for continuous improvement
Assist in change management and process optimisation initiatives
Maintain documentation for all automated processes and updates
Role Experience
2- 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement Roles
Familiarity with UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere RPA software
Required Competencies
