Job Description
As a highly skilled SAP HCM specialist, you will play a vital role in configuring and supporting our organization's human capital management modules. Your primary focus will be on setting up and optimizing processes for payroll and organizational management.
Key responsibilities will include collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements, ensuring data consistency and workflow integration, providing user training, and troubleshooting functional issues related to time tracking and employee master data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience with SAP HCM - PA & OM
* Practical knowledge of Clock-In Clock-Out (CICO) setup and integration
* Experience in S/4HANA or ECC environments
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* English fluency
