About the Role
The Product Development organization is implementing subscription and service capabilities within Salesforce and a customer-facing portal. The focus of this role is to bring new services to market and enhance existing ones, adding value for both the business and end customers. This includes delivering new subscription models, additional services, and continuous process improvements.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions based on business requirements. You will also actively contribute to an internal Salesforce development community to drive shared best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features according to business needs.
* Implement subscription and service-related functionalities in Salesforce and customer-facing platforms.
* Contribute to end‐to‐end solution design, including integrations with external systems (with and without middleware).
* Utilize CloudSense for product management, order management, and commercial catalogue implementations.
* Design, build, and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced Flows.
* Apply practical AI capabilities (e.g., Vibes or similar tools) within the development lifecycle.
* Contribute to CI/CD automation using Copado.
* Participate actively in the internal Salesforce development community to build and maintain shared best practices.
* Support Agile ways of working (Scrum), including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ceremonies.
Technical Skills
* Solid hands‐on experience in: Lightning development (LWC), Apex, Flow development
* Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
* Practical experience using AI tools and machine learning technologies within Salesforce.
* Hands‐on experience with CloudSense.
* Experience with Data360.
* Strong track record integrating Salesforce with diverse systems and external applications.
* Familiarity with Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and best practices.
* Understanding of TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
* Experience in the design and development of Open APIs.
