Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst/Functional Analyst to join our dynamic cross-border team working on modern technology solutions within the financial services industry.
* The role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 265 Field Service, and effective communication with distributed teams.
This position will be responsible for ensuring that technical team members understand client requirements well and for ensuring the continuous evolution of applications in line with business needs.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that client requirements are clear, understandable, and properly communicated to the project team and developers;
* Support the design of new applications and the evolution of existing ones by gathering and analyzing business needs;
* Define and operationalize test acceptance criteria to ensure delivery quality;
* Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align expectations and priorities;
* Support the organization and execution of ideation or requirements definition sessions (e.g., Design Thinking workshops).
Requirements:
* Experience with AGILE/Scrum methodologies and Design Thinking;
* Excellent analytical and communication skills;
* Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate risks and needs;
* Proactiveness, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
