Role Description
The Project Manager is responsible for cooperation and close follow-up with the client in the definition and achievement of the project´s objectives/goals. This Professional is also in charge of planning, organizing and coordinating projects with other departments in the company.
This role controls project´s execution and report.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Management
Cooperate and keep up close with the client in the definition and achievement of the project´s objectives/goals.
Plan, organize and coordinate projects with other departments in the company.
Control project´s execution and report relevant information.
Translate market developments and trends at existing customers into in a set of requirements for product development projects, and (also) take care of the coordination between all the departments and / or individual customers in order to meet requirements of projects.
Support and enforce modern authentication and identity security controls, including MFA, Conditional Access policies, and identity protection features.
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align identity and access management with Zero Trust principles.
Social Interaction
Align product development projects internally and with customers.
Being able to communicate at all levels within internal – and external companies.
Handle problems and complaints from customers in such a way that an optimal balance is achieved between economic and commercial interests of our company.
Document Control
Ensure the treatment, storage and distribution of documentation of the area, according to the internal and legal norms in order to ensure their preservation, safety and accessibility.
Ensure accuracy in treatment and custody of documentation and archive of the area;
Ensure the reliability and timeliness of the information recorded in the IT system Responsible for the organization and control of documentation related to his working area.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management;
3+ years of experience in project management within industry;
Attention to detail, and a drive to be successful; ability to work independently with minimal supervision or assistance;
Strong problem-solving, innovation, collaboration, and analysis skills;
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work both independently and as part of a team;
Fluency in spoken and written English is required;
Experience with Microsoft and ERP.
