As a Recruiter, you will join a client's team on a minimum 3-month project to help build a new team for the German market. Working fully remote, you will manage end-to-end recruitment while playing a key role in launching and growing operations in a new country.
Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles related to the German market
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source, screen, and interview candidates in an international context
Conduct interviews in English (German interviews are a plus)
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
Coordinate recruitment timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
Contribute to building recruitment processes and best practices for a new market
Profile
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Fluency in English (spoken and written) - mandatory
German language skills are a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality
Experience in international or project-based recruitment is an advantage
