Event Coordinator - Event Technology (CVENT) - AssociateLisbon, Portugali Capital is seeking an Associate Event Coordinator (Event Technologist) to join our global Events team based in Lisbon. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with hands-on Cvent or event technology experience who enjoys owning the digital backbone of events from registrations and event websites to invitations and attendee communications.You'll work closely with U. S.-based event leads and support a global calendar of high-profile client events, conferences, and internal programs.What You'll DoManage event technology execution across global events using CventBuild and manage event registration sites, agendas, forms, and workflowsCreate and deploy event invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post‐event communicationsManage attendee data, reporting, and list accuracy across multiple eventsSupport onsite registration setup, badge printing, and troubleshootingMaintain event calendars, timelines, and technology documentationPartner with internal teams (Marketing, Events, Compliance, Legal) to ensure accurate content and approvalsSupport integrations with other tools (where applicable) and apply best practices for data hygiene and reportingWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in event technology and attendee managementHands-on experience with registration website platforms such as CventProficient programming skills of HTML and CSS is beneficialExperience with virtual meetings and event platformsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office – specifically with Excel (i.e., comfortable with VLOOKUP function) and Power PointStrong attention to detail and comfort managing large datasets and registrationsExcellent written and oral communication skills at all levelsStrong client management skills with the ability to influence and lead by example, fostering a positive environmentMotivated, self-starter, ability to take direction and work independently, ability to think innovativelyComfortable supporting multiple events simultaneously across time zonesOrganized, proactive, and eager to grow within global event operationsNice to HaveExperience supporting large-scale conferences or sponsorship activationsExperience working with global or U.
