Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain
Appian applications
, including process models, user interfaces, and system integrations
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand requirements
* Assist in the design and implementation of
scalable and efficient solutions
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
* Stay up to date with the latest
Appian features
and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2–3 years of experience
in
Appian development
* Experience delivering projects in
financial services
(highly desirable)
* Strong understanding of
BPM concepts
* Knowledge of
Java, SQL
, and web technologies (
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
)
* Appian Certified Associate Developer
or higher (preferred)
* Experience working with
Agile development methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment
