We're hiring: Mid-Level Project/Program Manager (with Business Analysis skills)
Our client is looking for a motivated and skilled mid-level Project/Program Manager to join the IT Department, working closely with the E-commerce team on exciting digital and in-store projects.
This role combines project management with business analysis, offering the opportunity to work across different areas of the business and contribute to technology-driven improvements that make an impact.
What you'll do:
Support and manage e-commerce and in-store projects, from planning through to delivery
Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and operational needs
Collaborate with IT, business, and external partners to track progress and resolve issues
Coordinate meetings, milestones, and project communications to keep everyone aligned
Contribute to process improvements and help evolve project management practices within the team
What we're looking for:
3–5 years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within e-commerce or retail technology environments
Experience in Business Analysis or requirements gathering
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude
Fluency in English (mandatory), French is a plus
Availability for up to 3 days per week on-site in Carnaxide (Lisbon)
