This role is focused on leading and managing a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment with product management and technology teams. The primary objectives include supporting Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization, communicating progress to senior leadership, and coordinating major projects across business units.
The successful candidate will also ensure stakeholder engagement and readiness for product releases, drive product improvement initiatives, influence roadmaps and strategic direction, and guarantee that products meet non-functional requirements (performance, security, compliance).
To excel in this role, the candidate must have proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, solid experience in managing Product Owners, strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management, ability to understand technical architecture at a high level, experience working across multiple delivery methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2, ideally C1).
