How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Project Manager will be part of Transformation Team and will be responsible for projects in the following fields:
Business Process Improvement: it includes identification of improvement opportunities, design and implementation of the improvement actions and monitoring of the results
Activity migration: managing the migration to the BSC of activities previously performed in the Operations.
We'll count on you to:
Project Management
* Lead mid- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and quality
* Apply structured project management methodologies
* Track progress, manage risks, and ensure proactive mitigation and issue resolution
* Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Stakeholder Management & Governance
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, IT & vendors to align project objectives and priorities, across all areas of action
* Lead project meetings and governance routines to ensure transparency and accountability
* Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver agreed outcomes
Change Leadership & Continuous Improvement
* Support adoption of new processes and systems through effective change and communication plans
* Evaluate change impact and ensure readiness across stakeholder groups
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization in project delivery practices, including end-to-end process harmonization
Personal Effectiveness
* Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong prioritization skills
* Demonstrates resilience, composure, and problem-solving ability in dynamic environments
* Promotes continuous improvement and standardization across project delivery practices
Are you a MATCH?
You Will Bring:
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Green Belt trained and Certified
3. At least 5 years of experience in project management roles within GBS or multinational environments, and/or global data harmonization projects
4. Proven success managing cross-functional projects
5. Strong analytical and financial acumen;
experience managing project budgets
6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
7. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/Lean Six Sigma methodologies
8. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
