The GBS Trainer will play a key role in driving knowledge consistency and operational excellence across all finance processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting (FP&A/R), and Master Data Management (MDM). This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring continuous development and adherence to global standards. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, in-depth process expertise, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality learning materials.
Core Responsabilities:
* Design and Deliver Training Programs.
* Develop and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires across finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A/R, MDM) & Darwin contents.
* Facilitate ongoing training to address skill gaps and process updates.
* Create and Maintain Training Materials.
* Prepare comprehensive manuals, guides, and e-learning content.
* Ensure all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with global standards.
* Assess Training Needs, Identify knowledge gaps through performance analysis, feedback, and audits.
* Collaborate with process owners and tower/CoE managers to define priorities and tailor content.
* Monitor and improve training effectiveness, evaluate program impact and propose enhancements.
* Incorporate innovative learning methods and best practices.
* Ensure Compliance and Governance. Align training with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of sessions and participant progress.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning within the GBS organization.
* Support knowledge transfer during country transitions and process migrations.
Relationship / Metrics:
* Time-to-Productivity: Average time for new hires to reach expected performance levels of post-training.
* Training Effectiveness: Measured through post-training assessments and knowledge retention scores.
* Error Reduction Post-Onboarding: Decrease in process errors or rework within 90 days after training.
* Compliance Rate: Adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements in trained processes.
* Impact on Operational KPIs: Improvement in process-specific metrics (e.g., DSO, invoice accuracy) post-training.
Leadership and People:
* Act as a knowledge ambassador, promoting a culture of continuous learning within the ManpowerGroup GBS organization.
* Coach and mentor new hires and existing team members to build confidence and expertise in finance processes.
* Collaborate closely with process GPO'S, Director's, Manager's, Supervisor's and P&C to align training initiatives with business needs and talent development goals.
* Foster engagement and inclusion during training sessions, ensuring a positive learning experience for diverse teams across multiple countries.
* Support change management during transitions and migrations by preparing teams for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
* Encourage feedback and open communication, using insights to improve training programs and employee experience.
* Contribute to team development plans, identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted learning interventions.
Technical Competencies:
* Minimum of 8 years' experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service Centers (SSC) across processes such as OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A/R, and MDM.
* Experience providing critical input to the senior leadership level and other members of Level Management regarding the ManpowerGroup's financial performance, including actions related to the plan.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end processes including OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A/R and MDM.
* Skilled in creating structured learning programs, including classroom, virtual and e-learning formats.
* Ability to track training metrics, analyze performance data, prepare dashboards or reports and create and maintain SOPs, work instructions and visual process maps.
