About GBS
In our GBS Western Europe and Africa Hub, we are already more than 1400 connected people, from over 57 different nationalities spread across 14 countries.
Your Mission
* Supports the local organization performing Risk & Internal Control (RIC) assessments and Operational Reviews, on a local level.
* Performs and executes a defined range of administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for assigned organizations.
* Prepares internal RIC reports and reviews on a monthly basis.
* Ensures processes meet relevant internal and legal regulations.
* Employee data management (from Onboarding to termination).
* Maintenance of the personnel relevant organizational structure.
* Assists HR with employees' orders and enquiries.
We Are Looking For Someone With
* University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields.
* Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a plus.
* Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Workday and SAP knowledge (plus).
* Previous experience in internal audits (is a plus).
* Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation.
* Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills.
* Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
