Profile
* Higher education in Information Technology;
* More than 3 years' professional experience in a similar role;
* In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum;
* Proficiency in the use of project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira or Confluence;
* Basic knowledge of software development;
* Data analysis skills to interpret team performance metrics (such as velocity, burn-down charts, etc.) and make data-based decisions;
* Ability to create and present reports on the team's progress and obstacles;
* Fluency in English;
* Conflict resolution and consensus-building skills;
* Skills in guiding the team to self-organization and continuous improvement;
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate collaboration, communication and coordination between the various project stakeholders, respecting the principles and values of Scrum;
* Collaborate with business experts, Product Owners, developers and data scientists to define the vision, strategy and roadmap for projects;
* Ensuring that needs are translated into a clear and realistic roadmap, accepted by all stakeholders, supporting the data science and development teams in defining and prioritizing user stories;
* Managing the Scrum rituals (sprint planning, daily meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives) and ensuring that commitments, deadlines and quality of deliveries are met, including proactively identifying and resolving any implementation blockages;
* Monitoring and reporting on projects, using appropriate tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders;
* Facilitating coordination and synergy between different projects and teams, promoting exchanges, feedback and best practices.
