* Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for Professional Services aligned with sustainability and business objectives.
* Conduct market assessments to identify opportunities and risks in Indirect Services procurement.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and optimal agreements.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to refine procurement strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate subcontracting initiatives into business goals.
* Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews and contract lifecycle management.
* Ensure compliance with procurement processes and statutory requirements.
* Act as a subject matter expert, guiding informed decision-making across the organization.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have
* 7 to 10 years of experience in Indirect service/Professional services procurement.
* Expertise in negotiations and contract management, specifically Master Service Agreements.
* In-depth knowledge of Professional Service markets and emerging industry trends.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Nice-To-Have
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams in procurement initiatives.
* Familiarity with compliance regulations related to procurement processes.
