Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Terms Specialist.
This role is part of the Account & Sales Operations Stream, focusing on Trade Terms within the wholesale business.
The ideal candidate will have strong finance acumen, solid experience with SAP, and excellent analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate trade terms information in SAP;
* Manage On-Invoice and Off-invoice discounts;
* Evaluate and ensure accurate discounts on the orderbook;
* Resolve queries related to missing or inaccurate discounts;
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement them;
* Support ongoing projects for technology solutions;
* Serve as the first point of contact for process-related issues and escalations;
* Assist in setting up new communication tools and process documentation.
Key Requirements:
* Strong finance background and analytical skills;
* 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting/business area;
* Broad understanding of job function and systems;
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
* Able to read, write, and communicate in English in a business setting.
