The Role: Atlassian Data Center Engineer
📍 Location: Lisbon
🏢🏠 Work Model: 2 days a week onsite - Lisbon

🗣️ Languages: English (B2 - C1)
✅ Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
We are currently looking for an Atlassian Data Center Engineer to join a challenging project in the financial services sector, based in Lisbon, with a hybrid working model (2 days per week onsite).
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and maintain Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center environments
* Manage and configure Atlassian plugins
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance
* Implement integrations with external systems
* Work within distributed infrastructures supported by load balancers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Requirements
* Proven experience with Jira Data Center and Confluence Data Center
* Solid knowledge of Linux
* Experience with databases (SQL or similar)
* Understanding of load balancers and scalable architectures
* Experience with integrations (APIs, external tools)
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* English level minimum B2
