Job Description
Mantu is seeking a driven and ambitious Corporate Finance professional to join their team for a unique opportunity.
* This position offers a chance to start in Geneva, with the possibility of relocating to Porto after a successful probation period.
You will be part of a multicultural team within the Finance department, supporting the company's growth on an international scale. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Financing & Treasury, your key responsibilities will include:
* Financial Management: Debt modelling, close monitoring of bank covenants, reviewing financing contracts, setting up new credit facility lines, and managing bank relationships.
* Investment Analysis: Tracking cash excess, proposing financing solutions, recommending updates to investment guidelines, measuring portfolio performance, and providing reporting to financial governance and the board of directors.
* Risk Management: Conducting analytical risk assessments, liaising with credit insurance/broker, investigating risky prospects, securing risk through meetings with external stakeholders, and reporting risk KPIs through Power BI reports.
* Cash Management: Supporting operational teams with cash forecasting, analysing cash consumption and generation, and designing a clear cash flow strategy.
* ESG Analysis: Supporting the positive impact team with ESG analysis from the beginning of business opportunities, tracking ESG risks, and ensuring financing and investment strategies align with group values and objectives.
Key qualifications include:
* Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Corporate Finance, or Data Analysis from a top school or university.
* First experience in finance.
* Strong interest in Corporate Finance, Cash, Investment topics, and ESG, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and MS tools.
* Fluent English and French language skills.
* Mastery of generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
