As technology leadership is at the center of Siemens' strategy, the Digitalization & IT Audit Practice plays a pivotal role in providing assurance to the Managing Board and the Audit Committee. We create impact by exploring bold questions around risks and opportunities emerging from artificial intelligence, digitalization, evolving business models, cloudification, data privacy and implementation of large IT/ transformation projects.

What part will you play?
1. models.
2. Preparation, planning and execution of the defined audit program steps to ensure that all risks and controls are identified
3. Enhance and challenge existing audit techniques.
4. Improve and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and the overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team.
5. Drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change (as necessary) in the organization.
6. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure effective and efficient audit procedures.
7. Participate in meetings with auditees and key stakeholders to present the team's conclusions and recommended improvements.
8. Actively contribute to shaping the future of the department by identifying priorities and implementing changes.
9. Maintain and build your network in various Siemens businesses and functions.
10. Conduct your audit engagements using CF A´s Agile Audit Framework.
What you need to make real what matters.
11. Strong academic history with a bachelor's degree ideally in IT, Business or Engineering.
12. Relevant experience and sophisticated knowledge in designing and managing at least one of the following areas:
13. cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform),
14. data processing/storage/analytics technologies (engineering, processing, data bases),
15. software development methodology (DevOps, CI/CD)
16. Understanding of key performance indicators used to measure success of technology, R&D or software development would be an added advantage.
17. Strong desire and drive to develop into a business or functional role after 3-5 years in audit.
18. Understanding of IT risk management and assurance principles, along with basic logic programming is beneficial.
19. Excellent communication skills to summarize and describe audit results.
20. Proficiency in English, flexibility to travel (up to 30%, incl. international travel) and embracing our hybrid working model is essential.
