This role is ideal for entry-level professionals eager to grow their technical and customer service expertise, with access to mentorship, structured learning, and clear career progression paths.Key Responsibilities:Provide IT user support via phone, chat, web, and email.Address and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.Collaborate on problem-solving and change management tasks.Use ITSM tools and follow ITIL processes for ticket logging, prioritization, resolution, and escalation.Required Qualifications:Advanced proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.Strong customer service and team collaboration skills.Valued Qualifications:Prior experience in a similar technical support role.Analytical and technical problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ITSM tools, Active Directory, and remote connection tools.Knowledge and/or certifications in ITIL.Vocational training or an intermediate degree in Systems Administration.Technical certifications in desktop or microcomputer support.Why Join Us?
