What You'll Be Doing
You'll review and moderate content on popular social media platforms, making sure everything follows community guidelines. You'll:
* Analyze and act on flagged content (text, images, video)
* Escalate complex cases when needed
* Apply guidelines fairly across different types of content
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What You Need
* Fluent in Italian (C1) and confident in English (B2)
* Strong understanding of social media and digital trends
* Experience in moderation or e-commerce is a plus
* Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts
* A rational, calm approach and attention to detail
* Eligibility to work legally in Portugal
