Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled Media IT Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with media IT systems and Media Asset Management software.
* Maintain, support, and optimize complex media IT systems and MAM solutions.
* Develop, implement, and troubleshoot advanced workflows and integrations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Extensive knowledge of SQL, RESTful APIs, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Java, Perl, C#).
* Familiarity with Linux server administration, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services.
* Strong troubleshooting skills using OpenSearch dashboards and OpenTelemetry metrics/logs.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills
In addition to the requirements above, we would love to see:
* Experience with video/audio codecs and file formats.
* Understanding of broadcast/media workflows and technologies.
* Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Docker, OpenSearch, Ansible, or Chef.
