LEAD GENERATION MANAGER who is:

* Efficient at generating leads from mid to large-sized brands for the Digital Silk sales team
* Able to hit the ground running from day 1
* Hands-on and proactive at creating contact lists and optimizing campaign performances

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

We're looking for a LEAD GENERATION MANAGER to reach out and generate leads for our Digital Silk sales team.

The Lead Generation Manager will then hand off the lead to a Business Development Manager to close it.

This position offers a base salary and monthly bonuses. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.

As our clients are US-based, this position requires candidates who work up until 5pm EST.

Digital Silk is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Generate leads through outbound initiatives via email/cold calling, and LinkedIn
* Ability to pitch our agency's services and do an effective hand-off to a salesperson to close
* Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation
* Excellent English speaking and communication skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
* Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
