International company in the global mobility industry.We are building infrastructure for the global mobility industry: a closed, vetted professional network with a SaaS layer for structured cross-border collaboration between providers and agents.The product is not a migration agency, not a public directory, and not a lead-generation service.Circle combines a professional network with digital infrastructure for provider-agent requests, partnership workflows, cross-border cases, and direct cooperation between verified participants.We are looking for someone who can own the partnerships acquisition function and build a repeatable B2B growth system around this model.This role includes building the team, hiring and onboarding Partnerships Managers, creating outbound lead generation processes, managing pipeline performance, and improving conversion from first contact to membership.What you will do:Own provider and agent acquisition strategy.Build and manage a remote partnerships team.Hire, train, and onboard Partnerships Managers.Build outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, email, industry directories, and other channels.Create sales scripts, qualification standards, follow-up logic, and CRM workflows.Position Circle as both a vetted professional network and a SaaS-enabled infrastructure product for the global mobility industry.Train the team to explain the digital layer clearly: structured requests, provider responses, deal workflows, direct partner communication, and future product-led collaboration.Track team KPIs, pipeline conversion, and revenue performance.Coach the team on discovery calls, presentations, objections, and closing.Work with marketing, community, and product teams to align acquisition with product positioning.Make sure the team communicates the value of Circle accurately, without overpromising clients or guaranteed outcomes.Who we are looking for:B2B sales, partnerships, or business development management experience.Experience building or managing a sales / partnerships team.Strong understanding of outbound lead generation.Ability to sell and position a complex B2B product to senior decision-makers.Experience with SaaS, platforms, professional networks, marketplaces, B2B infrastructure products, or membership-based business models is a strong advantage.Experience in global mobility or adjacent industries is preferred: immigration, relocation, investment migration, legal services, corporate services, financial services, insurance, banking, wealth management, or legal tech.Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM systems, reporting, team KPIs, and remote team management.Strong English is required.Russian is a plus.We build infrastructure for the industry, not migration services.This role does not involve delivering immigration, legal, or relocation services directly, which makes it compatible with many NDA or non-compete restrictions from adjacent industries.Compensation: Base salary + KPI bonus + percentage of team sales.Remote opportunity.
