Opportunity: Data and tools Administrator
What will you do?
* Being the administrator for our Compliance and Data Protection tools, including:
* Managing users' access and profiles
* Performing batch uploads
* Reviewing false positives
* Providing technical assistance to users, collaborating with IT Support (internal or external) to identify, administer, and troubleshoot any gaps / issues
* Proposing and monitoring updates, enhancements and upgrades with the tools' providers
* Drafting or updating the related documentation, such as Users manuals, guidelines, videos and training
* Collecting data, KPIs and metrics from the Compliance and Data Privacy tools and community.
* Steering, monitoring and reporting on the timely progress of the tasks assigned to the Compliance and Data Privacy Community.
* Highlighting any issue or deviation to the global policies and processes and any delay in the overall implementation of the Compliance and Data Privacy programs.
* Drafting or updating the Compliance and Data Privacy procedures and processes
* Securing Meetings for Compliance and Data Protection Communities and teams (scheduling the meetings, sending the invitations and contributing to the drafting of the presentations and note taking for the follow up emails and next actions)
What you'll need to succeed?:
* At least 2 years of experience in administering Compliance and/or Data Protection tools (Navex, OneTrust, or equivalent) and processes
* Mastery of Excel (database and advanced functionalities such as formulae, diagrams, formatting, and pivot table), PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms
* Ability to create presentations and reports based on KPIs
* Ability to track and report on the overall progress of a project
* Strong organizational skills & proactive problem solver
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Quickly adapting to new environments and technologies
* Attention to details, and commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables
* IT taste, appetite to work with technologies and data analytics
* Easy communicator, fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking), French is a plus
