We are hiring a number of Civil Engineers to support the delivery of major commercial construction projects, including data centers, logistics hubs, and high-spec industrial facilities across Portugal.
These are critical roles for a highly motivated professional with solid experience in
Civil Engineer (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all civil/structural elements (concrete, steel, groundworks, external works).
Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate sequencing of works with other disciplines (M&E, architectural, fit-out).
Carry out site inspections, setting out, and surveys.
Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.
Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and technical queries (RFIs).
Track progress and provide regular reporting to Project Manager.
Support project handover, including QA/QC documentation and as-built drawings.
Mechanical Engineer (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Manage the installation of HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and fire protection systems.
Review design drawings, specifications, and submittals, ensuring constructability.
Coordinate with design consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor installation quality, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and client specifications.
Manage procurement and logistics of key equipment (AHUs, chillers, pumps, ducting, etc.).
Carry out inspections, snagging, and ensure accurate red-line/as-built documentation.
Collaborate with Electrical and Civil teams to resolve clashes and interface issues.
Provide technical input during commissioning and project handover.
Electrical Engineer (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Manage the installation of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, life safety, BMS, controls).
Review drawings, load schedules, cable sizing, and technical submittals.
Coordinate with utilities providers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical works.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and project standards.
Oversee procurement and delivery of electrical equipment (transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators).
Conduct inspections, verify installation quality, and resolve technical issues.
Interface with mechanical teams for MEP services integration.
Manage final testing, commissioning, and documentation for handover.
