Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking support via voice, email, or chat. Your role will involve providing first-level support to unmanaged advertisers placing ads via Ad Studio, managing all queries, requests, and feedback received via chat, and identifying sales opportunities that can be passed onto our sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French
* Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 Level)
* Strong web-based navigation skills
* Flexible and quick learner with ability to adapt continuously
* Experience with Salesforce case management is a plus
