We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Administrator to join our team.
This role will involve managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with these platforms and be able to provide expert-level support and guidance to our internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Configure and administer Microsoft Purview;
* Manage global policies and settings in Microsoft Teams, controlling team creation and access policies;
* Manage Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution lists, and email security);
* Administer the SharePoint Admin Center (creation, management, and deletion of Site Collections);
* Manage site templates, ensuring consistency in the user experience;
* Maintain the health of on-premises SharePoint Farms, including patching, backup, and restore operations;
* Perform updates and patch management to ensure environment stability and compatibility, especially in on-premises infrastructures;
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for complex M365/SharePoint issues;
* Prepare detailed technical documentation on environment configuration and administration.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12th grade level;
* Full proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center;
* Proven experience managing users, licenses, and groups (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD);
* Knowledge of Exchange Online (mailbox management and access policies);
* Experience in administering and managing Microsoft Teams (team policies, channels, and governance);
* Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and administration;
* Experience in administering and maintaining SharePoint Server farms (On-Premises) - versions 2016/2019;
* Knowledge of Power Automate (Flows) and Power Apps;
* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents in M365 environments;
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 monitoring and Service Health tools;
* Proficiency in PowerShell for automating administrative tasks.
