The Role
Own the end-to-end video creative pipeline for up to five active clients. You'll turn briefs, ad insights, and raw assets into high-performing paid ads across major platforms.
This is not a junior role. We're looking for someone who leads execution, not waits for instructions.
1. What You'll DoProduce 9+ high-quality video ad edits per working day, optimized for performance and platform specs
2. Translate creative briefs, ad angles, and feedback into strong hooks, pacing, and retention
3. Maintain exceptional QA standards before every submission
4. Deliver consistently on time, with clean file naming and asset organization
5. Communicate proactively via Slack & Monday.com with the team (and clients when needed)
6. Hit 90%+ first-round approval rate through aligned, performance-driven creatives
