IT Service Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management delivery, Microsoft Excel & Office, and Agile development methodology (preferably with certifications).
The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate risk assessment and developing changes authorization frameworks.
A successful candidate will possess advanced writing skills, 3 years of experience with digital solutions, and proficiency in Incident and change management tools like Servicenow and Jira.
