The Global FP&A Analyst role will provide financial analysis to support Global Talent Solutions and Global Sales team across multiple regions and countries, with a specific focus around supporting the recurring monthly tasks for both global teams. The role will work very closely with Global and Regional teams to provide impactful financial analysis, drive data accuracy and ensure timely support while driving performance improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with the global, regional and country finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Drive ongoing enhancements to global finance processes and reporting, focusing on streamlining, standardization, and enhancing visualization
* Conduct fundamental financial analysis to evaluate monthly performance, support monthly reporting and deliverables, and contribute to quarterly and annual processes.
* Support the Global Finance Leaders in delivering P&L summaries, variance and trend analysis, sales/pipeline and KPI reporting to the business on a monthly and yearly basis.
* Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business inquiries and support decision-making processes.
Technical Competencies:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant combined work experience within decision support functions at medium or large companies with international operations.
* Knowledge of Company's Systems, architectures, and other enabling technologies.
* Knowledge of internal controls, segregation of duties, and compliance best practices.
* Comfortable managing operational decisions and driving the regional GBS's strategic direction.
* A history of driving an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and budgets that link to key corporate objectives, ensuring that all budgets and forecasts are accurate, thorough, and completed on time at the executive level.
