As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will leverage your exceptional selling, negotiation, and business acumen skills to identify and secure new business opportunities.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven executive to join our Commercial team and play a key role in driving revenue growth through direct sales execution and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for building and nurturing executive-level relationships, leveraging IQVIA's full suite of solutions to craft innovative client-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of your target clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business in the Pharma Life Science market segment through direct sales.
* Leverage the full portfolio to identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Develop strategies to expand scope within existing clients and identify new business and win-back opportunities.
* Lead pursuit efforts for new business and contract expansion within assigned accounts through prospecting and hunting.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, including B2B account management.
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
* Knowledge of specialty care areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, rare diseases) is a plus.
* Familiarity with Pharma procurement processes and decision-making structures.
