Responsibilities
Provide support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries related to our products and services.
Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and help resolve any issues they may encounter.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Accurately document all customer interactions within our CRM system for tracking and quality assurance.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide customers with the most relevant information.
Requirements
Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, especially within a corporate or remote environment.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to handle challenges diplomatically and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with the support of paid relocation.
