We're hiring a New Business Developer to help us identify, attract, and nurture the kind of clients and collaborators who align with our ethos: creative, ambitious, and quality-driven.
This is not a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone with a background in interior design or interior architecture, who speaks the language of design — and also understands how to build relationships, communicate value, and drive strategic growth. You'll bridge creativity and commerce, helping us grow with intention, integrity, and beauty.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development and partnerships
- Degree or professional background in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
- Confident communicator — in client meetings, networking, and creative presentations
- Understanding of the luxury residential market, architecture, and design culture
- Skilled in CRM tools, pipeline management, and outreach strategies
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, collaborators, and referral networks
- Build strategic relationships with developers, homeowners, consultants, and brands
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and brand storytelling
- Align opportunities with the company positioning and creative focus
- Maintain and optimize the CRM and sales pipeline
- Work closely with the founding team on growth strategy and positioning
- Represent the company with authenticity, clarity, and aesthetic sensitivity
