What would your main responsibilities be?
Develop, optimize, and implement
manufacturing and production processes
to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
engineers, operators, and project managers
, to ensure seamless process integration.
Design and maintain
process documentation
, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and technical reports.
Conduct
process simulations and analyses
to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Troubleshoot and resolve
process-related issues
to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Support the implementation of
automation and digitalization
initiatives in production environments.
Ensure compliance with
industry standards, regulations, and best practices
.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's or Master's degree
in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
in process engineering.
Strong knowledge of
process design, optimization, and control
.
Familiarity with
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
.
Proficiency in
data analysis and statistical tools
(e.G., Minitab, Excel).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment
.
Fluency in
English
(written and spoken) is required.
